An HTML template is a static website without animation. Source files will be provided so that you can customize these HTML templates to your requirements - Changing the text, pictures, colors, button names etc. will give you a truly unique website. To work on an HTML template and make any changes, you need an html editor like Dreamweaver, FrontPage or Coffee Cup. You will also require Photoshop to make any image changes.
